Download the APK
Tap the button above on your Android phone. The file lands in your Downloads folder.

Allow install from your browser
First install only — Android will ask permission to install apps from your browser. Tap Settings, enable "Allow from this source", back out.

Open the APK from Downloads
Tap the file — Android's installer opens. Review the permissions the app requests, tap Install.

Open the app. Enter your phone number. For the pilot workspace, the OTP is
