An active unit is an independently managed, lettable space that you currently manage in PropertyPad. Occupied and vacant units both count while you actively manage them, and a unit counts once regardless of how many tenants or leases it has. Archived units do not count once management has genuinely stopped.
Yes, while you actively manage them — for example while they are marketed, maintained or prepared for a new tenant. Genuinely inactive, archived units do not count.
No. Starter includes core operations; each optional Growth Pack is charged separately, with a maximum of two on Starter.

Yes, within your organisation and subject to access controls and fair use. There are no seat fees on any plan.
For 501–999 active units we prepare a tailored quote. For 1,000 units or more, Enterprise starts from AED 6,999 per month, with final price and capacity by agreement.
Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months and save approximately two months compared with paying monthly: AED 1,398 on Starter, AED 2,998 on Professional, AED 4,998 on Business and AED 7,890 on Scale.
Upgrades take effect once confirmed and are prorated for the rest of your paid period. Moving from Starter to Professional credits the unused paid time on your Growth Packs. Downgrades, pack removals and switches between monthly and annual billing take effect at the end of your current paid term.
Yes. Cancel renewal before your next renewal date and your paid access continues until the end of the term.
No. Published allowances apply, and WhatsApp, SMS and other provider charges are disclosed separately before activation.
No mandatory setup fee. Standard onboarding includes a remote session, a CSV template and one supported import. Optional bespoke services are quoted in advance.
